I need to create scenarios for Demand Planning in 7.4.2. When using Scenario Manager, I can only see Supply appications and searchs. How can I create Demand scenarios. Our on-site consultans have said that Demand does not allow Scenarios.

So you can only execute Scenario Manager in following apps:
Fulfillment
Master Planning
IPO
Supply
Strategy
Assuming you are looking to perform “what if” analysis in Demand, you could become creative and work around scenarios. Some suggestions of the top of my head, not an all inclusive list by any means…mirror DFUs with HistStream that reflects what you want to model and use Multiple Model functionality to compare/review, create a sandbox environment, work in Demand Workbench – Draft Forecast version without saving/committing and/or (reverse your changes) after reviewing, etc. .
